We also expect to publish chapter summaries on this site where people can leave detailed comments on a given topic. Our current thinking is that this will be more valuable than detailed line edits. But we could be wrong.For the present, there are no plans to make the e-book printable since this is not common practice for Kindle, Nook, etc.We hope to have instructions for transferring the pdf file you received to your mobile device (ipad, phone, Kindle…) | |
